Refund and Returns Policy
At Fredrick International, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for both our retail and wholesale customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Wholesale Orders
- Custom Orders: Due to the customized nature of wholesale and private label orders, we do not accept returns on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Inspection: We advise our wholesale customers to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any issues or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Resolution: For any defects or issues with wholesale orders, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
